Robert Bryan Barnes, Born Birmingham, Alabama, August 20, 1960; admitted to bar, 1986, South Carolina; U.S. District Court, District of South Carolina; U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit; U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
Bryan is head of the Litigation Section, a member of the Board of Directors, and a shareholder in the firm Rogers, Townsend & Thomas, PC.
Bryan concentrates his practice in construction, surety, products liability and specialty litigation including defense of products liability, toxic torts, and class actions, both in court and in arbitration. A significant amount of Bryan’s work is representing exterior cladding manufacturers and distributors across the U.S. in products liability cases.
