My name is Bryan Barnes, I am head of the Litigation Section, a member of the Board of Directors, and a shareholder in the firm Rogers, Townsend & Thomas, PC.
I am admitted to practice law in South Carolina; U.S. District Court, District of South Carolina; U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit; U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and have been admitted pro hac vice in 19 states and tried cases in Mississippi, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, South Carolina and Washington D.C.
My law practice is focused on construction, surety, products liability and specialty litigation including defense of products liability, toxic torts, and class actions, both in court and in arbitration. A significant amount of my work is representing exterior cladding manufacturers and distributors across the U.S. in products liability cases.
